1.Please complete all sections of the Participants Application
2.Ensure that parent(s) or guardian(s) sign the Agreement, Activities and Authority (Rovers and Leaders sign for themselves) this part of the process is only available once the completed form has been submitted.
3.Obtain the required signatures as follows

4.Forward the Participant application form together with;
·The Deposit of $300.

We do accept cash - just put it in an envelope with the participants name
With the extention to the application period on the 1st April,All forms must arrive at ACT Branch Headquarters, 89 Kitchener Street Garran by31st May 2009. Note adequate time should be allowed to the required signatures with Groups encouraged to collect for their Group and submit as a set to ACT Branch Headquarters.
Late applications may be submitted, however attendance at the Jamboree cannot be guaranteed because of the need to finalize arrangements and placement with others from your group will become progressively more difficult throughout the year

Following a deposit payment a more flexible or mere frequent payment arrangement may suit personal circumstances – this will be supported if the payment milestones can be met. In addition other arrangements may be considered if raised with the ACT Contingent Team.

If after making and application you are unable to attend the Jamboree, you must advise the ACT Contingent Leader in writing as soon as possible.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal Policy
·If you withdraw prior to 1st July 2009 there will be a refund of all monies paid
·Ifyou withdraw after 1st July and prior to 1st November 2009 there will be a refund of monies paid les $90
·If you with draw after 1st November 2009 there will be a refund of all monies paid less $220, noting that you will be provided with some personal equipment ordered on your behalf.
